One-year-on fiadhandfinn

One year on

When I first started thinking about setting up Fiadh&Finn I had a little dream of making a business from my life-long love of art, and to also inspire my two girls to follow their dreams. To see how people have responded to my drawings and to see so many orders in this first year has been incredible and I am so very grateful to everyone for their support. I put my heart and soul into this business and it has been so rewarding as well as stressful at times trying to juggle family life and pandemic worries with growing Fiadh&Finn. I love the thought of all those framed prints on walls in nurseries and childrens’s rooms, maybe inspiring future little artists and nature lovers.

In this first year of business I’m proud to have Fiadh&Finn accepted as a registered member of the Design & Crafts Council Ireland and Guaranteed Irish, been featured on RTÉ Ryan Tubridy’s radio show and The Late Late Taking Care of Business 2021, become a member of Network Ireland Kildare and supported the Irish Cancer society and the Jack & Jill Children’s foundation. My Keepsake Art Gifts have been sent as far as Canada, USA, Australia, Brazil, Germany, Russia, France, Northern Ireland and all over Ireland.

I have been inspired by so many incredible businesses and in particular the women running them and I would advise anyone with a dream to go for it. And maybe the little dream will become something that can change your life!

Wishing everyone all the best dreams for 2022,

Tanya x
