The name Lady’s-smock was bestowed as the flower blooms near the traditional Lady’s day, the 25th of March, this pretty native flower favours damp habitats such as marshes, beside stream, moist meadows and woodland. Lady’s Smock blooms last until June, with lilac-pink, pink or white petals. Its flower colour depends on habitat.
